Abstract
Black scurf is a serious disease affected the potato plants due to reduced marketability of potato tubers by forming hard black sclerotia on the surface of the tuber. The casual agent R. solani is very destructive potato pathogen causing yield losses. Study the genetic variation helps a lot in understanding of mechanisms of variation among R.
