Abstract
The studied groups were subjected to thorough history taking , clinical examination and those of Group 2 were subjected to laboratory investigations including complete blood count, CRP, ESR, urine analysis ,stool analysis , chest X ray(when pneumonia was suspected) and lumbar puncture &CSF analysis(when meningitis was suspected).
