Recurrence occurred only in 10 patients (14.9%), while the remaining experienced no recurrent disease (57 patients representing 85.1%). The distribution of patients according to lines of treatment given was as follows: Radiotherapy only: 21 patients (31.3%). • Total excision and Radiotherapy: 20 patients (29.9%) • Partial Excision and Radiotherapy: 14 patients (20.9%) • Total excision: 4 patients (6%) • Total excision and Chemotherapy: 2 patients (3%) • Shunt and Radiotherapy: 2 patients (3%) • Radiotherapy and Chemotherapy: 2 patients (3%) • Total excision, Chemotherapy and Radiotherapy: 1 patient (1.5%) • Cabergoline (Dostinex): 1 patient (1.5%). |
