Abstract

The present study was conducted on seventy three patients suffering from -2 h 1 ureteric stenosis starting from the pelviureteric junction down to the ureteric :., orifice. They -xk .. were treated endoscopically in the period between January 1992 and May 1995. They were classified into two groups. Out of 31 cases only 4 cases were

Factors affectina our success were :- --The length of the stenosed segment with good and significant results in cases with 2 cm length or less. $A mqr - The degree of hydronephrosis with significant results in the cases with mild )((dilatation compared to thbse with marked redundant renal - The ipsilateral renal function state with significant results in cases with GFR > 20m l/m .
