Abstract
Diarrheal diseases are known to be common in infancy due to their inability to mobilize defence mechanisms quicly, relative deficiency of immunologic memory, and deficiency in specific defence mechanisms in gastrointestinal system as immunoglobulin a gastric acidity and peristalsis.
