Abstract
The aim of this study is to evaluate the stresses transmitted to the implants in a mandibular complete overdenture , retained by four interforaminal implants, when the denture base is made of a conventional polymethyl methacrylate resin and when a flexible thermoplastic resin is used . This study is carried out using a three -dimensional Finite Element Analysis.
