Abstract
In the present work the pharmacokinetices of cephradine and frusemide were studied following intramusclar and intravenous injections.
Bioavailability of both drugs were calcuated in normal goats after a single intramuscular dose.
The efect of frusemide on the dispostition kinetics of cephradine, its clearance, urine output, and creatinine clearance were investigated in normal and escherichia-coli infected goats following a single and repeated intramuscular co-administration of 10 mg cephradine with 0.15 mg frusemide/kg.b.w.t. twice daily for five consective days.
The invitro protein binding percent of cephradine was determined microbiologically with and without frusemide.
