Abstract

In the past decade , saw the diagnosis and radiotherapy nervous system diseases vascular cerebral significant progress and with the introduction of techniques diagnostic NES and development in Neuroradiology Interventional Radiology , as well as advances in the materials used in the technique catheter interventional , it became possible to make diagnostic procedures and therapeutic complex cases of pathological degraded . This is called the practice usually Interventional Neuroradiology or catheter interventional surgery to the brain and nerves . The Interventional Neuroradiology or interventional catheter and neurosurgery , which are a combination of Neurosurgery and traditional Neuroradiology has emerged as a new discipline , which has proved its role in the treatment of neurosurgical some cases and in particular neurological diseases . This technique can be generally defined as connecting different drugs , as well as technical devices from inside the blood vessels. The increase in the number and the diversity and complexity of cases that are treated this way may create challenges for the anesthesiologist common in these cases. There is growing evidence of improved outcomes in patients with cerebral vascular disease after undergoing treatment with this technology . Careful evaluation of the patient , as well as a good understanding of the disease of the nervous necessities for the success of the anesthesiologist in the performance of his role . The interventional catheter to the brain and nerves surgery is a complicated procedure that requires planning , vision and cooperation between the medical team. The anesthesiologist an integrated part of the team and who is doing the coordination efforts between the technicians and nursing , as well as respond to the needs of the surgeon during surgery. Therefore, it is vital for the anesthesiologist to be aware of these techniques and possible complications in order to be able to provide anesthesia that meets the needs of the patient , as well as the requirements of the surgeon. In addition to the foregoing , the anesthesia team helps the surgeon in the event of a disaster cerebral and security as well as the transport of the patient before and after surgery and monitor the physiological changes that indicate a lack of circulation.
