Abstract

Such samples were randomly collected from both Governmental and Peasantry Farms in various localities viz: 53 were collected from Faculty of Agriculture Farm ”Al-Azhar University, 14 were collected from Faculty of Agriculture Farm ”Al-Menofia University”, 25 samples were secured from Abo-Al Matamer Private Farm, 17 samples were obtained from Minia-Al Kameh Private Farm, 31 samples were collected from Ghaitah Private Farm,
besides 10 sample’s were also gathered from Belbias Private farm. These samples were subjected for bacterio-logical investigation allover the year to explore the actual bacterial causative agents and to throw spotlights on the possibility of the presence of any
seasonal variations between the existence of such agents.
The obtained data revealed that, 27 isolates were E. coli, 40 isolates belonged to Salmonella spp. ”22 were S. pullorum, 8 were S. gallinarum and 10 still untyped”, 30 belonged to Staph. aureus, 15 were Proteus mirabilis and 3 isolates were Klebsiella pneumoniae with
incidence percentages of 18%, 26.66%, 20%, 10% and 2% respectively. The statistical analysis of their existence in
different seasons showed no significant variation, except for Pr. mirabilis showed significant variation,
as such organism was present only in autumn and winter season.
