المستخلص

The Importance of any building’s management and maintenance refers to the effect of the building’s maintenance decisions on its shape, quality and its supposed age from the moment of its building till its demolish.
In Case of not following a planned theoretical methodolgy of maintenance, the cost of its maintenance will rise, its efficiency will be lower and its supposed age will end fast. As a result of the inefficiency of the ways and methods of the maintenance of the basic educations’s buildings in Egypt, deterioration happens to the elements of the building which affects the building’s case and its performance of its job.
The building’s maintenance must being directly after finishing building it according to a schedule and a plan to all the element of the building, in order to achieve the intergration between the building’s performance, keeping it’s user’s lives and the unlimited utility of its economic value through the preservation of its supposed age.
This search aimes to formulate a methodology for the maintenance of the basic education’s buildings in Egypt according to a previous schedule to present a building maintenance plan to be presented as a main Document of the design Documents. It also presents a framework and a building basic education’s maintenance method about the organization which maintains, finance and how to maintaion and its steps.
The Methodology shouls be flexible and easy to achieve, developed, modernize and accuracy to get the best quality and the least cost to preserve education’s buildings. This search consists of three main integrated chapters.
