المستخلص
In spite of the great efforts which are still being exerted by developing countries through the different administrative reformation procedures to overcome the problems which hinder the administrative departments therein to achieve their aims and increase their effect. However, there are still some different administrative, political, economical and social problems which hinder their performance of their duties properly.
Undoubtedly, such various problems have their direct influence in the spread of administrative deviation which directly affect the job performance in the administrative departments in the developing countries and Facing the administrative deviations and trying to cure them cannot be attained without further studies that reveal the different problems and factors causing them and attempting to eliminate them which motivated the research maker to make this study.
