المستخلص
This research deals with the subject of criminal responsibility for the child; in terms of the definition of the child, and determine the age with the identification of the stages of treatment criminal, and determine what kind of sanctions or measures which governed the child offender and the identification of Criminal Procedure, which are applicable to the child, including the juvenile court, in terms of composition and competence and procedures before it.
The aim of this research is to answer several questions from the most important; How does it affect the age group that the child belongs to the criminal responsibility? Is gaining criminal responsibility for the child, especially in terms of self-incrimination and in terms of punishment? What are the types of sanctions that may be, which may not be imposed on the offender is a child? What are the measures that may be inflicted on a child offender? What are the procedures followed in due responsibility report child?
