Abstract

This study set out to measure the impact of talent management perception on employee engagement. The study conducted on a sample of the employees of the Egyptian pharmaceutical companies that included in this study, questionnaires were used to measure the impact of talent management perception (independent variables) on employee engagement (dependent variables).
Statistical methods used to test the hypotheses were that of Kruskal-Wallis, Descriptive statistics and Simple and Stepwise regression.
The results of the study indicated that there is no a significant difference between employees` opinions in the companies included in this study (public sector companies, private sector companies, multinational companies) about the perception of talent management practices and the level of employee engagement. The results also indicated that there is a significant impact of talent management practices on employee engagement in the companies included in this study.
