Cancer is now considered a genetic diease . Tumor cell results from multiple genetic defects caused by exposure to environmental , dietary and infectious agents as well as other lifestyle factors . Benzo (a) pyrene is apolycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) that can be derived from coal tar . Widely distributed in the environment resulting in contamination of air , water and soil.
