Abstract
The aim of this thesis was to prepare and evaluate three vaccines;
st against IBR, PI-3, BVD and BRS viruses, the second against
ella multocida while the last is a combined vaccine against IBR,
BVD, BRS viruses and Pasteurella multocida using binary
eimine as inactivating agent and oil as adjuvant. Purity and safety
roved that the prepared vaccines were free from any contamination
fe. The potency test was carried out using SNT, ELISA, indirect
lutination and mouse protection test. The study proposes the use
bined vaccine against IBRV, BVDV, PI-3V, BRSV and
ella multocida for control of infections induced by them.
