EAgriculture is one of the basic industries in the tian economy. Currently this industry faces sever Slems which retard the economic development. One of
problems to which this thesis is addressed is the kloblem of unbai’between the growth of population and
:zomic resources. It arises from increasing population thigher rate, than of economic resources. This is because
Fot rapid decline in mortality rate in conjunction with increasing birth rates on one band, and expansion of food production which is hampered by many human, technical, financial and institutional obstacles on the other hand. Such problem causes a gab between consumption and domestic
oduction of agricultural crops.
During the period covered by this study, food prospects is very alarming—with an economic structure essentially based on traditional agriculture and lacking, the human and financial resources among others needed for rapid development.
The objective of this studyninis to narrow this gab by developing efficient crop production and marketing policy. In any event, this aim should be to ensure that the increase in agricultural production exceeds the
