Abstract
CuInSe2 (CIS) film have been prepared by two different techniques. The first one: thermal evaporation and the second technique: Electrodeposition (without vacuum) either by (One-step or Multilayers Electrodeposition) which can be fabricate of solar cells with high efficiency, inexpensive photovoltaic and without pollution. Also, we deposited (Copper-Indium-Gallium-Selenium) CuIn1 - xGaxSe2 (where x > 0.25 at %) by (One-step Electrodeposition) technique.
