Abstract
this investigation is a contribution to study the occurence of mycobiota, total bacterial counts, pathogenic bacteria(E.coli 0157 : H7, styaphylococcus aureus, streptococcus faecalis), mycotoxins and toxinogenic fungiin 150 different egytian fruit juice samples.
(30 canned 20 fresh samples of apple, guava and orange).fourty six spices plus one spices variety belonging to 20 genera of filamentous fungi were isolated and identified from fruit juice samples. It has been foun that 25 out of the 60 tested fresh fruit juice samples were contamined by E coli O157 ; Hv in addiitation to two and sixs other fruit juice samples.
