Abstract Infertility is one of the health problems that may be faced married couple. In Egypt, infertility traditionally has been viewed as a female problem. Women who have infertility problem suffer from lack information about infertility, unsatisfactory utilization of infertility services and psychosocial burden. No study has been published in Zagazig to look at the awareness, utilization of infertility services and psychosocial impact of infertility on the infertile couples. The aims of the present study were to explore infertile women a) awareness about infertility services, b) utilization of infertility services and barriers to seeking care, and c) Psychosocial impact of infertility on female partner in couples with infertility problem. The aims of this study were to:-(1) Assess women’s awareness of available infertility services. (2)Assess women’s utilization of infertility services and barriers to seeking care. (3) Assess psychosocial impact of infertility on women with infertility problem. |
