Abstract

The present work was conducted to study the following Chemical composition and nutritional value of dried sugar beetpulp2. Chemical composition and nutritional value of sugar beet protein isolate (S.B.P.P.I.) when isoelectric protein precipitated from KOH or NaOH extracted with orthophosphoric acid or hydrochloric acid at pH 4.5 3. Functional properties of sugar beet pulp protein isolate (S.B.P.P.I.). 4. Chemical composition of dried sugar beet leaves 5. Chemical composition of dietary fiber extracted from sugar beet leaves 6. Chemical composition and nutritional value of beefburgers prepared with substitution, 0, 5, 10, 15, 20 and 25 % of beef with equal proportions of diluted sugar beet pulp KOH P.I 7. Chemical composition and nutritional value of cake prepared with substitution, 0, 10, 20, 30 % of wheat with equal proportion of dietary fiber extracted from sugar beet leaves.
