Abstract
Freshly extracted human teeth were collected evaluate the effect of 1-scaling alone .2- root planing alone .3-root planing plus either citric acid or disodium salt or EDTA or sodium deoxycholate plus Cohn’s fraction IV1 on the elimination of endotoxin from periodontally involved root surfaces the effect of the same agents on periodontally involved ,root bsurfaces was also studied ultra strastructurally.
