Abstract
The oil and gas activities in offshore petroleum companies associated by oil spill which causes bad environmental impacts and also affects the marine navigation activities , so that the offshore petroleum companies follow some methods to alleviate pollution resulting from oil spill, this study concentrated on alleviation marine pollution by two methods by dispersion concept and collection concept.
