Abstract
This work aims to measure and compare the radioactivity levels, exhalation rate and emanation coefficient of radon and thoron in naturaaly occurring radioactive materials at Rashid and Aswan areas are chosen to compare the radioactivity levels between the source and the radion of the River Nile sedimentation.Aswan is an area in which the river Nile sedimentation are blocked after the built up of the high dam in 1969.
