Abstract
The natural infection of sarcocysts was found in oesophagus,tongue diaphragm,andheart muscles of buffaloes,to 86%,82%,55.2%and 58.6%56.6%.in cattle this ratio was 84.4%,4.5%,58.6%,56.6%.In case of sheep this ratio was 83???%in the oesophagus 81%in the tongue,65.3%in the diaphragm and 51.6%in the heart.while the infection rate was 71.2%in the oesophaqus,70.3%in the tongue,60.3%in the diaphragm and 40%in the heart of goats. the natural infection was found to be very low through the muscles of young animals and is increased with ago to about 100%in old ones.
