Abstract This investigation was conducted during 1999 and 2000 seasons on Anna apple trees grown on milling Merton 106 rootstock in an orchard situated at west Sam lout, mania governorate where the texture of the soil is sandy. The objective of this study was studying the effect of spraying five nutrients namely Mg, Zn, Fe, B and Cu as well as ascorbic acid on growth yield and fruit quality of Anna apple trees growth under the newly reclaimed sandy soil. The experiment involved two factors A- The first factor (main plot) included eight levels from number of nutrients namely: 1-check treatment (without nutrients) 2-spraying magnesium sulphate at 0.2%. 3- Spraying chelated Zn at 0.05. 4- Spraying cheated Fe at0.05%. 5-spraying boric acid at 0.02. 6-spraying cupper sulphate at 0.02%. 7-spraying the four micronutrients together. 8-spraying all nutrienta. |
