Abstract
the main of this research is to design an in-service training program for developing the professional growth of EFL teachers in the prep-stage through supervision using action research and task evalution.
this study also aims at studying the effectiveness of using action research and task validation in encouraging EFL teachers to their own classroom tasks, prpblems and concerns in school
