Abstract
In the present study our aim iwas to use western blot technique for detection of the most sensitive and specific fractionated proteins in the whole Fasciola worm (WW) antigenand fasciola (E/S)antigen.Also ,we try to evaluate the role of Fast-Elisa test in diagnosis of human fascioliasis using WW and E/S Fasciola antigens.
