Abstract
The present study was designed to investigate the chemical composition of guava and grape gruits growing in egypt, studing their phenolic compounds and evaluation their antioxidant effect on the plasma cholesterol and lipids of rats fed on hyperlipidemic diet in the hope of throwing light upon their dietary prevention of atherosclerosis.
