Abstract 1. The topog~aphic anatomy of the neck region of the one-humped camel (CameluB dromsdarius} Was described in a detailed manner. 2. Ten heads and necks of adult normal one-humped eamels and 36 full-term fetuses were fulfilling this work. In addi tion four groups of. thecervical vertebrae were also used free of any bony deformdties. 3. A detailed description of the muscles inrelation to their origin, insertion, structureand relationsJ in addition to their blood and nerve Supply were given in the text. 4. The blood vessels, nerves, lymph nodes and other struetures were described in detalis. 5. A thorough inspeetion of the jOints, individual vertebrae and spinal cord with its covering weregiven. |
